Support St. Andrew’s Episcopal School

The generosity of our supporters allows St. Andrew’s Episcopal School to provide an exceptional Montessori education in the heart of the Houston Heights.

Our school relies heavily on parent volunteers for our annual fundraiser, the school Gala, which takes place each spring. Parent volunteers also help coordinate various St. Andrew’s Episcopal School community events throughout the school year, including the Fall Festival and the Thanksgiving potluck.

We welcome donations to the St. Andrew’s School Fund, which helps support our current year’s operating budget, financial aid, and impacts our daily operations.

Every aspect of our school—classroom supplies, technology, payroll, science, yoga and music—relies on annual giving. We are grateful for your support!

St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is the hidden gem of Houston’s historic Heights community. We are a nonprofit Montessori school dedicated to nurturing our young students during their most formative years.

What is unique about our school?
We offer an authentic Montessori education in the middle of one of our Nation’s most thriving cities, led by some of the most dedicated and highly trained Montessori teachers–all within an inclusive Episcopal identity.

SAES ANNUAL GALA

St. Andrew’s strives to keep tuition manageable while fully covering our basic operating expenses. Our Annual Gala and Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year, and provides support for almost all aspects of our school including music, art, classroom supplies, facilities and technology upgrades and enhancements, payroll, and financial aid.

About the St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Fund
We prepare our students for life beyond SAES guided by these guiding principles:

Montessori Philosophy

We provide an authentic Montessori early childhood education which offers our students endless opportunities and activities in Practical Life, Sensorial, and Academics. It has also been proven in countless studies to set children up for success in life beyond St. Andrew’s.

Episcopal Identity

SAES is accredited by the Southwest Association of Episcopal Schools. We include children and families of all faiths, abilities, and backgrounds, and strive to build relationships between the school, church, and community. We value the intentional teaching of wisdom, compassion, and humility.

Highly-trained Teacher

Our Montessori teachers are our greatest asset as child development experts, guiding children to learn independently and reach their potential. Our retention rates are outstanding, with most teachers serving between 8 and 15 years. All lead teachers and most assistants are certified by the American Montessori Society or the American Montessori Institute.

How to give to the St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Fund

All gifts to St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Fund are 100% tax deductible and go directly to help our school’s day-to-day operations. Each year, the school spends approximately $1000 per student above and beyond tuition. Your support today makes a huge impact on our ability to provide the most exceptional Montessori education in Houston.
